A Fertility Dietitian’s primary role is to support couples who are trying to conceive. This is done by optimising their nutrition (the quality of food eaten) and their dietary intake to improve egg and sperm health to improve fertility. A Fertility Dietitian will also encourage better health and lifestyle choices. All these steps together will help optimise a couple’s chances of conceiving,  having a healthy pregnancy to term and delivering a healthy, happy baby.
